Hello everybody my name is Vulko and I am the owner of Drone construction.

I apologize that some things, like rules of business, repeat in my material but it's known that we only learn through repetition, so I make an effort to reiterate the most important points.

You will notice right away that I speak from the 1st person which is not the standard in presenting a company to the public. I do it because it's more authentic, since I'm the one writing these words and I fill almost every role in my business and it revolves around my skill set and values. So I prefer to speak directly to my clients and not hide behind the word 'we'.

That being said, I must mention that apart from my amazing, beautiful wife, who helps me tremendously, I do work with a small team of helpers and also use sub-contractors but only when it's needed and mostly for things I am not licenced for or experienced with. I do prefer to do the job myself or with my helpers to have close control of quality and customer service. I am extremely grateful to have my amazing team around me. I can only do so much on my own and so I highly value teamwork and everybody I work with!

Now that this is out of the way, here is my pitch to you. It's very simple:

Nr1. You don't pay until you are happy. That's right - that's how confident in my work and service I am. I make it risk free for my clients because building trust is one of my main objectives. Anyone who offers you a risk free experience knows you would be very happy with their product.

Nr2. I have been in residential construction for over 20 years and the overwhelming majority of that is in renovations. So my skill set and expertise is vast. I have always been bored with repetitive work, so that has pushed me to learn and master different trades and skills to provide to my clients. It's important to mention that I hold myself to the highest standards in anything I do - so you can expect only high quality from me

Nr3. I have 3 rules of business - Transparency, Quality and The Extra Mile - I speak about those throughout the website in detail as they are the heart of my service and the reason I can never fail my clients. I will just say here that these rules are devised to eliminate the need to just trust me and to give you the understanding that you don't have anything to lose by hiring me, only gain!I give you picture and video evidence of everything that matters on your project - as well as receipts of product used and anything else you may require in order to feel confident that you are getting exactly what you bargain for and more!

Nr.4 Reasonable pricing. Now I cannot be the absolute cheapest company around because that would mean cheapest quality around.That being said - I am extremely competitive and my prices are fair and in line with the quality I provide. If the budget is an issue, I have ways to make acceptable compromises without hurting quality to accommodate that.I also make it my mission to work with suppliers that offer the best prices around for the best quality materials around - which means extra savings for you!
