I will have to cut the humour from the video out, because it sounds even less funny when you read :D. So here we go:

I don't want to lose your time, so I'll cut straight to the chase.

My company revolves mostly around me and my skill set.

I'm involved in every way and in every role, and yes, that includes doing the actual work with my two hands. I do use qualified help and helpers to complete work, and I mostly run small crews because it's the most efficient way. You'll be surprised how much work you can do with just a couple of guys.

My 20 + years experience, expertise, knowledge, and ability to fulfill almost all the services that are listed on my website with my two hands and to the highest quality standards, makes for a very valuable skill set. But I think the most important things about why I can never fail my clients are my rules of business:

Rule number one: Transparency.
Rule number two: Quality.
Rule number three: Going the extra mile.

I follow a protocol that forces me to be accountable to my clients, which is what creates real trust - even if you never hired me before. Seeing that transparency is so important to me in business, and generally, on this website you'll find links to videos of me in action on - site, showcasing some work, making some how-to videos, being a little funny sometimes :D. I chose that because videos are the next best thing to getting the best possible view or idea of somebody apart from face-to-face interactions.
